A Good Day
As I look up at the stars tonight I think about my day.
It was a good day I got a lot of web work done for a client.
Plus I got plenty done on Hive also I did a plan the week post @benthomaswwd got a curation done for @aliveandthriving and @heartbeatonhive and paid out rewards.
I am also catching up on engagements with fellow community members.
I took Bella for a long walk during the day.
When I got back I did work then made lunch.
Lunch in 9 minutes ready
First I got these quiches they cook in an airfryer its quick and simple.
So I popped them into the airfryer set it to the instructions on the packet.
Hint Always pre heat an airfryer for at least 5 minutes.
Set at 150 for 9 minutes
While this is cooking I threw together a quick salad got to be healthy right.

I got some salad leaves and added tomatoes.
Next
I added green, red olives and feta cheese.
Then I added bacon bites
After that I added some spicy mayo
I love this stuff
Then once the quiche was cooked I added them to the plate.
A nice lunch, cheaply and quickly.
It was a cold day
I'm back to the moon and stars now
I'm still got a bit to do on Hive with @thelevelupgame so have a successful week all.

Thanks mate, i am aware of the dodgey ingredients they are hiding in food these days i use to work for a company that supplies quiche to all the supermarkets.
I started out in the food prep, then became a vatman making the custards that go into Quiche, then as (QC) Quality Control
The more basic your quiche the less ingredients that can go in, a basic custard is egg, milk and sodium chloride which is table salt.
It certainly is a mine field of chemicals out there for sure.
