Hit shoulders in the gym today and got a really good workout in. It was well needed with the week I had last at work last week. Got interviews for a new position but it’s with a new company so I’m starting to be skeptical.
But I went to a chiropractor the other day and got my neck and back worked on. I don’t go consistently like I need too but the it does so much good for me with one adjustment it’s wild.
