That sounds like an excellent workout. You're making me want to start going back to the gym more consistently haha.

May I ask why bent over barbell rows instead of doing a single arm cable row? I heard it offers more hypertrophy. Anyways, keep at the gym. I'll be following along your fitness journey :)
