Yesterday, for reasons beyond my control, I had to take a day off, but family is most important than training for me. Today was a short day, because I was resting after the night shift and before the next one, but because of the energy I had, I decided to go out for a run. I also wanted to see if the muscle in my left leg would still bother me. During my run I felt a little pain only two or three times, unfortunately it was worse after the end, and in fact I still feel a little pain under my left thigh. As far as the run itself is concerned, it is nothing unusual, just a loop along the route around the settlement. On the way I noticed that spring is getting more and more visible, and this is very good news. Although, this year there was not strong winter, I prefere when it is more warm.
POL Wczoraj z przyczyn ode mnie nie zależnych musiałem zrobić sobie dzień przerwy, ale rodzina jest najważniejsza. Dziś natomiast dzień krótki, bo odpoczywałam po nocnej zmianie i przed kolejną, ale z racji, że mnie roznosiła energia zdecydowałem się wyjść pobiegać. Chciałem też sprawdzić, czy mięsień w lewej nodze będzie mi wciąż dokuczał? W trakcie biegu poczułem niewielki ból tylko dwa albo trzy razy, niestety gorzej było już po zakończeniu, a w zasadzie wciąż czuję niewielki ból pod lewym udem. Jeżeli chodzi o sam bieg to nic nadzwyczajnego, zwykła pętla po trasie wkoło osiedla. Po drodze zauważyłem, że już coraz bardzie wiosnę widać, i to jest bardzo dobra wiadomość. Chociaż akurat tego roku zimy w zasadzie nie było to jednak wolę gdy jest bardziej ciepło.
