My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2021

Made a switch today and added chin-ups as my first exercise instead of pull-ups, which changes the focus to more bicep activation compared to my lats with the pull-ups.

This went awesome as I was able to do 2 sets of 8 Reps, something I’m really happy about!

All exercises below done with rings, including the pushups this time!

Chin-ups
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps

Pull-ups
Set 1: 5 Reps
Set 2: 4 Reps
Set 3: 4 Reps

Ab Raises
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps

Squats
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps

Pushups
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps

Though you seem to have done a lot of excercise, your count seems to be quite low when it comes to tracking physical activity through actifit.You should try and reach count to 5000 steps

I use it to track my exercise, moreso than the steps.

The step counter is based on the day so far. It's 10am here, so if I post after my morning workout, it's only accounting for the steps I've taken thus far throughout the day. So I can't reach 5000 steps by 10am in the morning :)
