Back On The Floor & My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2024

It was a great start to the week, to be honest, despite it being a super hectic Monday. Time flew by so quickly that I almost forgot to have lunch. We had a meeting, which we usually do on Mondays, 15 minutes after the kids disappeared, and today was one of those "Oh no, but what can we do, it's necessary" moments. It's just that changes can be daunting sometimes, but changes that do a massive favor to the majority always win. Sheesh!

I'm finally back to my usual K-pop dance fitness routine after a week of feeling unwell. I was sick the entire week last week, but I still went to work as long as I could manage. However, by the end of each day, I was just so exhausted that I decided to take a break from dance fitness. I'm the type of person who goes to work as long as I can because I don't like the feeling of guilt passing my job to anyone else. Unless I'm really, really ill and can't stand anymore, that's a different story. It feels great to be back, and even my studio mates were pleased to see me return. As I always say, it's fun on the floor. I even did a Tiktok with a birthday celebrant K-pop buddy of mine.
