Hello Actifitters!
Our breakfast for today was glass noodles soup with eggs and veggies. I boiled chicken breast yesterday for the chicken spread I made, and then I used the chicken stocks today to make the noodle soup. I didn't sauté it because the stock itself is already savory and full of flavor. I just added a little bit of annatto powder to give the soup some color. With a little bit of chili sauce and sesame oil, the soup was the perfect meal to start the day!
