Saludos amigos de #Hive y de #Actifit en está oportunidad les comparto unas fotografÃas de mi entrenamiento de pectorales con lastre. Esta vez estuve levantando veinte kg en fondos en paralelas y en bar dips en las flexiones estuve levantando 10 kg, la verdad estuvo bastante agotador este entrenamiento lastrado, asà es que debe ser, ya que yo necesito aumentar de masa muscular, y es algo que me cuesta bastante ya que soy ectomorfo, pero con esfuerzo y dedicación se puede.
