Today is another milestone—I just hit 82.5 kg, my new lowest weight so far! It feels great to see the numbers dropping consistently.
Eating Smart & Staying on Track
Last night, I still had over 400 kcal left, so I was able to enjoy a nice meal before bed. I love having that flexibility while still making progress!
Diet Is Getting Easier
I can really feel that my body is adjusting to the diet. Things are getting easier, and I don’t feel as hungry or low on energy anymore. Today marks Day 52 of my diet, and in total, I’ve already lost 3.5 kg. It could have been even more, but I recently started taking creatine.
What Creatine Does to Weight
Creatine is a great supplement for strength and muscle growth, but it also causes water retention in the muscles. This means the scale might show a bit more weight, even though it’s just water and not fat. That’s why my actual fat loss might be higher than what the scale shows.
Still, I’m super happy with my progress, and I feel more motivated than ever! Let’s keep pushing towards Beachbody 2025—step by step, we’ll get there!
