FitJourney #5: Still at 82.9 kg – Staying Positive!

Hey everyone,

Today, I’m still at 82.9 kg. No change from yesterday, but that’s totally fine. I know the process takes time, and I’m staying focused.

Weekend Vibes = More Motivation

I’m actually feeling motivated because the weekend is coming! Sometimes just having a little more time to rest and reset helps a lot—both mentally and physically.

Training Plans & Shoulder Recovery

Next training session is planned for Sunday or Tuesday, depending on how my shoulder feels. It’s still giving me some trouble, so I’m taking it easy and hoping it gets better soon. I know pushing through pain is not smart, so I’m listening to my body.

You know me by now—I’m not someone who gives up easily. Even when things aren’t perfect, I keep showing up. That’s what matters. One step at a time, and always with the goal in mind.
