I'm a person with a simple dream (Goal) to come true, I think out loud... So that's what I thought during my walk-out, and my indoor work-out, between zoning out every 5 minutes and doing what I usually do on a daily basis, which is zoning out as well... I thought what should I write down here?
Be random as much as I can, that's one goal, aside from me wanting to get fit, and cutting out cigarettes, I can't just go cold-turkey... Or can I?
I don't know if I'm even going to use Actifit App again but here I am, I did, and that's something... So here's to a start, and maybe this time I won't fail, doesn't matter much... I'll see you soon again, and by the way; Push-Ups are a great method to refresh your body... Nice to meet you again :)
