I was so tired last night that I fell asleep without posting my actifit result. Yesterday was kinda busy for me because it's the last day of doing the module. My kids are in the early grade so I have to guide them in doing their module. Monday is for submission and getting of new module. Since they are just starting, it's hard for them to do it on their own. Sometimes, i find it as additional work for parents. It takes most of my time but I know its worth it especially if my kids learned from me.
Despite being busy, i still find the time to do my stationary biking. I want to do it everyday because I was scared that my legs will ache again. It would be difficult for me to move in the house. This week, I increase the time by 10 minutes. Last week is 30mins a day and this week I was able to maintain 40mins a day. I am taking it slow so my legs will have the time to let used to it.
