2. a 4-story communist block of flats, that's the minimum requirement no matter how small the town is

3. and of course something a bit more modern, a Lidl supermarket :))

So is the supermarket a good place to shop? I don't quite know what to say about the rest. Hopefully, the family will get some help, thereby helping the horse and maybe the cart.

Lidl supermarket is ok for some things, quality not too great, but low prices...

We have a store like that to a point; most is okay although I tend to stay away from their meat as it spoils quicker than it should. Produce can also be sketchy now and again.
