My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2022

My morning routine started early at 7:30 am which is perfect because the sun is not fully shining. My main objective is to break the 5k at least three times a week, and continuously condition my body for longer treks.

One my favorite aspects of running/walking with nature is all the awesome furry friends I meet a long the way. This opens my mind and body to wonders of the wider world and its spiritual web.

After accomplishing my goal for the day I decided to do Kundalini yoga to reflect on the lessons I learned this morning. Top it off with a cold shower and I am electric ⚡🙂🤠❤️
