Yesterday was a lazy day: I didn't go to the gym. I did sell my car after taking it to the car wash. Afterwards I went to the supermarket, and then I went on a 100-minute bike ride, chilling in the sun on the only hot day of the week. On Strava, I recorded a personal best only on one bridge where I used a heavier gear than before.
Why drive to the beach when the beach comes to the city?
