Oh boy, I missed food so much! I tried to behave as much as I could but the bread! lol

Back to 2-digits!!!! Not sure how long it will last but I'll try at least to keep the digits!
One thing is certain, I'm proud that I controlled myself during these 3 days and made me comfortable enough to change my intermittent fasting for next week. I'm thinking about adding a day or two of all-day fasting starting next week. When we get to longer fastings we have that fear of passing out in the middle of the street or so but I actually felt good when I was outside walking or being with David so I guess it will help me cleanse and keep the digits lol

Please, please, if you have specific health issues either check with the doctor or don't even think about it!
I'll just take responsibility for myself and just sharing my journey!
