My Actifit Report Card: October 23 2023

Here's my first meal of the day. 100g rice, 100g chicken and 150g vegetables. Everything started off nice. As usual there was a gpt plan. I tweaked it with the things I had in hand.
This was an easy recipe as well. I just had to saute all the veggies with salt, chilli poweder and turmeric, and add grated coconut when they turned soft. There was leftover chicken curry as well.

But then, in the evening we went out to buy something which was a but close to a happening place in bangalore. There we spent some time exploring the neighborhood.
Before we started walking, I had one Pav bhaji. A lot of butter but not that bad.

After maybe two hours of walking here and there, we ended up drinking a boba tea. It was a blackcurrant one. Real sweet and sugary.

Back home, I completed my 10k steps and ate rice, chicken wings and yogurt. Well, that was an aftermath of a misplaced food order.
I had a pretty laugh at myself when I saw the original gpt sheet, the one I made and what I ended up eating. However, I'm okay being not that strict about the diet. Plus, this is a rare long weekend we got because of the holidays. So, all is well.
