My Actifit Report Card: October 25 2023

Today was a true test to reach the 10k mark given my schedule. I'm happy I made it!

For the food, I didn't even look at the chatgpt chart and went for what I could easily make. So, the brunch was rice with green lentil curry and an egg omelette. We were in a hurry to eat and in the midst of a serious discussion. I didn't even click any pick of the food.

For dinner however, I was alone and I had to make something really quick. So, I decided to make a healthy version of pasta. It's a white sauce based, loaded with veggies pasta.

There are many recipes online. I have watched many of them and finalized my own version. It's pretty simple. Saute the veggies I've in the kitchen in butter until they become soft. Today, I'm using, carrot, corn, capsicum and beans.

Boil pasta simultaneously and strain it. The next step is to make the white sauce. I usually take another pan and make the sauce. But, today, I heated up a spoon of corn flour in the middle of the boiling veggies and added milk to it. Once they started to boil and thicken, I added some salt and oregano.

Added pasta and cheese and the dinner was ready.

Since I'm working all night today, I also made filter coffee to keep me awake all-night.

He he thanks! Past six days were holidays here and we had a good time with no work at all :D So, now I feel the need to catch up. Plus, I've realized it's best to get creative work done at night, very peaceful!
