I read about some research showing that 80% of people attempting to lose weight have regained it all after 5 years. The common trait among the 20% successful minority was the use of diligent calorie and exercise tracking. I've bought a little journal to track my consumption here on out.
In terms of exercise, it was just my three regular walks of the dog today.
