I took a day off today and I basically just relaxed all day and did nothing. But rushed my tasks near the end for god knows why lmao. I also spent majority of the day doomscrolling which is not how I wanted my rest to be like but I do feel well rested. I think I need to refine my rest days around stuff I signed up for so I don't rush things because I get too tired to think. I'd also have to double down on dopamine detox again. The habit didn't stick strongly enough imo so I'll have to reinforce it again on the sidelines. This is to get myself to look for alternative forms of entertainment outside of TV and media
Aside from that things are more or less stable. Just rushed for today.
