What a good day today was. I woke up early did my morning walks and one structured lower-body workout.
Made some changes to my last breakfast plan, finally got the keto bread which frees up my daily balance. The turkey bacon was really tasty, but I will probably substitute it with something else when it's gone 'cause it's processed.
Used Pam spray (also bad) instead of olive oil too and saved 40 cals.
Maybe when the turkey bacon is gone, I'll just whisk an egg again into the egg whites. Oh yeah, I do want to add greens too.
