I decided to rest for today. My activities were all from my walks and nothing about jogging or going to the gym. Tomorrow, I intend to do some workout at the gym and go for a jog as well.
Wondering whether a weighing scale is going to be useful in monitoring my progress. Because I wanted to check if I’m actually achieving a good progress or there’s nothing at all. I hope it’s not something that will put pressure on me.
