I'm happy to report that I accomplished some nice achievements today. Going to the gym is something that feels difficult to me at times because it's not as easy as going for a walk. There was tension and pressure as soon as I stepped inside the gym, it's peer pressure I guess :D
Today, I did a 10-minute intense jogging, 100 counts of sit-ups, and 50 counts of 10KG dumbbells. A major contributor to my activity score is from my walks too. Good night Actifiters!
