I'm glad to post my Actifit report today. I was able to accomplish the goal that I set yesterday. I went to the gym and did a 10-minute intense run on the treadmill, 60 counts of sit-ups, and 30 counts of 10KG dumbbells.
The long walks were also a good contributor to my score for today. Good night Actifiters!
