I skipped my workout at the gym today. I felt super tired so I decided to rest for tonight. I'm taking a good rest tonight so that tomorrow, I can be energetic during my workout.
Most of today's activity scores came from long walks. A score of 11,553 is considered a good achievement for me, yay!
