Finally, I got back to my workout routine. The issue is that the gym was crowded so I could not complete my usual routine. I only managed to do a 10-minute run on a treadmill, 40 counts of 10KG dumbbells, and 30 counts of squats.
The space inside the gym is only good for 5 people so every time it's packed then I won't be able to exercise like push-ups and sit-ups.
For now, that should be okay. I will do better tomorrow. Good night Actifiters!
