I was so excited about oiling and tarring stuff that I forgot to take photos. But here's a couple of photos of my sons pet when we went to visit him after a half day in the country.

A rather peculiar pet. A friend of mine also had one at her house for a while, but then they decided it would be better for it to live in its natural habitat.
I don't understand having something not cute as a pet. And when it's this slow, doesn't run around and meow, I think it's quite boring as a pet. Fortunately I don't have to live with it. 😁
