My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2020

My activity count today was helped some by going on a shopping trip with my wife. It wasn't a long shopping trip, just once or twice around the Walmart. But a large store like that can add a lot of steps in a short time.

I also got a chance to take Brownie out for a couple walks. And once again I was able to spend some time on the treadmill.
