After the 4 hour car ride back home yesterday my legs were feeling a little stiff. But I found a quick remedy for that. An hour pushing the lawn mower around the yard. By the time the yard work was finished my legs were feeling all limbered up and ready to go for a walk with Brownie.

Journey with a car or bus, feet and legs always feel cramped and knee affected. You have done very well exercise in between lawn mower at yard, and give a company for Brownie, have a nice day.
