Bierocks are a pocket sandwich made with hamburger, cabbage and onion wrapped in bread dough (at least that's how my family makes them).
A few years ago, my son wanted us to get a roomba vacuum. I said, "What do we need that for? We have Brownie!" ;)

I have had those; just never heard them called that. They are very tasty! Yes, why go to the expense of the robot when Brownie doesn't require electricity, and although she's priceless, didn't cost you (at least I don't think she did) around $450 just to get her!😁
