Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1260. It's also the alive and thriving report on Saturday, March 29, 2025, Ramadan 29!

I consulted 22 patients in my chamber on Saturday. We get various kinds of female patients; some are quite strict about getting examined by a male doctor! We aren't talking about examining the private parts. We are talking about examining the legs, around the knee joints. I got one expatriate lady on Saturday on such an issue. She didn't allow me to see the affected area. The nurse couldn't describe it properly either. Sometimes, visual inspection is quite important! Finally, she chose to wait for the lady doctor instead of allowing me to see the affected parts. We respected her decision!

Without any workout, I could make over 9.5 steps on Saturday! Sometimes I wonder, do these steps help me from the health perspective!!
