My steps yesterday were actually at 12,000! (count from my smart watch) Aside from my daily steps, I got a bit of workout from carrying my 12 kg of laundry from my 3rd floor apartment unit (using the stairs) to the laundry shop across our building, and vice-versa! :) Everyday is indeed an opportunity to move.
