Hello everyone !

And the sun came back finally ! After a week…
Then I could do a chest/shoulders session outdoors.
I kept it fairly simple with some dips, inclined push-ups and pseudo plank push-ups for the chest/triceps.
With some shoulders press and triceps extensions to finish.
