DAILY ACTIFIT MINIBLOG/ REPORT CARD: February 23 2024

INTRODUCTION
Hello Hive and hello everyone! Before starting this blog, I would like to extend my greetings and gratitude for reading my writing, and hopes that this blog makes your time worth it. I hope that whoever is reading this blog is doing great in life and facing hardships with confidence and perseverance. Welcome to my actifit daily miniblog for February 23, 2024!

ONE RAINY MORNING

It has started to rain in the morning for a couple of days now, and getting to campus has become challenging. In past few blogs I always include a picture of either a clear morning sky or a captivating sunset, saying that we should always appreciate a clear sky everything we see one. Is has been really cloudy today and I even got rained on as I was walking to the terminal. These days really make one want to stay at home, rest and maybe take naps. But as a student and we must keep going...

I arrived at campus around 7:50 my 8:30 am class, unexpectedly I was still the only one in the room. Being first at the room is really a once in a blue moon thing for me. Thinking that I still has plenty of time , I went to the canteen to eat breakfast and drink my daily dose of coffee. As you can see I only order one serving of rice because I was feeling kind of bloated. I also bought a couple sachet of 5g creatine, I mixed it with my coffee. It's flavorless, no one would notice any difference.

After eating breakfast, I went back to the room and waited for everyone else to arrive and for the class to start. I was really sleepy the whole time, today's weather is just great for naps. Lmao. My morning was great, the classes went well and the lessons were very interesting.
NOSTALGIC SNACK

When I was walking back to my boarding house walked by this food stall selling pancakes and banana-q's. I carefully observe the food stand for any issues and found none, so I bout 4 pieces of pancakes for a snack. It tasted a bit different from what I was used to eating back when I was still in high school. Back then it had a lot of margarine and small amount of sugar to taste, but this one had no to very little margarine and was coated with so much sugar. Still it was really good, I really enjoyed it even though it was too sweet.

AFTERNOON&EVENING THINGS

When I arrived from campus, I finished all the pancakes that I bought and took a nap. I did not consider going to the gym today because I have another thing in mind that I planed on doing today. Today I would to like to extend my appreciation once more to hive and ocd, not just by words of thanks but a with little token from a humble hivian like me. In the previous blog I mention that I was inspired to continue my passion for art, and that is all thanks to the hive community. So as a token of appreciation I made a humble artwork, expressing my gratitude to hive.

HIVE DIY COFFEE ART

I made a coffee drip art inspired hive logo. Here are the materials I use and a quick run through in the process in making it.

Figuring out how to center the drawing...

Dripping the coffee and a bit of blowing for design...


Removed the excess coffee and letting the sheet dry...


Outlined with pen and coloring...


It's done...


A little bit of simple photo edit, I think it looks cooler now though, right? I hope you liked it!🥹

OCD EDITORIAL CARTOONING

If you guys didn't know or that I forgotten to mention before in my previous blog, was an editorial cartoonist. I started participating in school level editorial cartooning in 8th grade and finally chosen to represent our school in my 9th and 10th grade. And was later qualified to represent our school division for regional press conference as a editorial cartoonist in a desktop publishing team, this is during my 11th and 12th grade in my senior high school years. Heres my editorial cartoon for OCD with the theme "Supporting the newbies: OCD's care".
