Namaste dear Friends, I always be happy while sharing my steps count as well as any post posting. Today my steps count is 5100.
Today my night shift is going on and day time I was sleeping, so steps count is low and tomorrow it will be 8k or more.
Whenever I have shift I always maintain my health course like yoga jogging running on time or shift it as per my feasibility.
It is very important for me if I am fit than I will do all my work on time.
