On my week to explore Gaudi's works, here's a trip somewhere close to the upper parts near Tibidabo, introducing Torre Bellesguard - so named for its beautiful view - and it truly did provide a majestic 360° scenery of Barcelona from up along the spire where, yet again, another one of Gaudi's 'dragons' lie.
Mostly not known by tourist, I only found out about this when we walked by it on one of my walking tours with the school, we didn't enter then but I already took note of how to get back and enjoy this place at my own pace, which really turned out to be the case since I was the only one there this afternoon to enjoy the whole place!
Absolutely worth it to go and a pretty interesting backstory from what I got from the audioguide they'd provide at the entrance, though do try for an earlier sched as it closes at 3PM. Took me an hour and a half to explore both outside and the interior of this castle of King Martin I, where you'll be escorted by a guide unto the tippy top, and be welcomed by the view of Barcelona!
