My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2025

A late lazy start of Sunday. Weather was good.

In the afternoon, i went out for a short walk and also withdraw some cash from the ATM. Still use cash for most of my daily purchases.

In the evening, i went out for a longer walk. Spent approx 30 minutes walking in and around my area.

Later added more steps walking in the common balcony on the floor I stay.

Completing 6000+ steps for the day.
