An Olympic Walk
Undoubtedly, when we want to walk with the purpose of exercising, the ideal is that we face a flat and regular path, where we can walk without problems and where we have the opportunity to generate a proper technique, which allows us to carry out our training effectively, applying the necessary corrections at a given time and generating the expected results.

Una Caminata Olímpica
Sin duda alguna que cuando queremos caminar con la finalidad de hacer ejercicio lo ideal es que nos enfrentemos a un camino plano y de características regulares, en donde podamos marchar sin problemas y en donde tengamos la oportunidad de generar una técnica adecuada, la cual nos permita llevar a cabo nuestro entrenamiento de forma eficaz, aplicando las correcciones necesarias en determinado momento y generando los resultados previstos.
One of the spaces where I most like to walk is inside the Campus of the University City of Caracas, as it is a quiet and comfortable place, but this time walking along the paths was interrupted, because for the first time I would find open to the public the doors of the Olympic Stadium, which without a second's hesitation to live a different experience to which I was always used to.
Uno de los espacios por los cuales más me gusta caminar es dentro del Campus de la Ciudad Universitaria de Caracas, ya que se trata de un lugar tranquilo y cómodo, pero en esta ocasión marcha por las caminerías se vio interrumpida, ya que por primera vez encontraría abiertas al público las puertas del Estadio Olímpico, al cual sin dudarlo un segundo para vivir una experiencia diferente a la que siempre estaba acostumbrado.
Today I would not sit on the chairs in the stands of the stadium, but for the first time I would step on the field and would start the march around the imposing Olympic athletics track, which seemed extraordinary, but in reality it is a very demanding space, much larger than we imagine and with unique features on the floor, which give us more grip and invite us to generate a walk with greater speed each time.
Hoy no me sentaría en las sillas de las gradas del estadio, sino que por primera vez pisaría el terreno de juego y emprendería la marcha alrededor de la imponente pista olímpica atletismo, la cual me pareció extraordinaria, pero en realidad se trata de un espacio bastante exigente, mucho más grande de lo que imaginamos y con unas características únicas en el piso, las cuales nos brindan mayor agarre y nos invitan a generar cada vez una caminata con mayor velocidad.
Under a morning sun, with the city in the background and the empty stadium chairs, I was able to make several laps around that track, which gave me the opportunity to live the experience from the point of view of the athletes, I could imagine how it would be to compete on that stage under the gaze of millions of people, therefore, I made a different training day, but very pleasant and tremendously enriching.
Bajo un sol mañanero, con la ciudad de fondo y las sillas del estadio vacías puede realizar varias vueltas alrededor de esa pista, lo cual me brindó la oportunidad de vivir la experiencia desde el punto de vista de los deportistas, me pude imaginar cómo sería competir en ese escenario bajo la mirada de millones de personas, por lo tanto, realicé una jornada de entrenamiento diferente, pero muy agradable y tremendamente enriquecedora.
