I took a lovely walk through some charming neighborhoods near the ball field where my son was playing baseball. He plays on a men’s league, and he always wants to get there an hour before game time, so it’s a perfect time to walk.
I love to pass by homes and enjoy the flowers, shrubs, and decor. It’s always nice to see a charming neighborhood where people take good care of their landscaping and add various features and decorations to liven up porches, yards and walkways.
I think I passed five or six Little Free Libraries, which are very popular around here. Anyone can add a book or take a book. One of the libraries was made from an old mini refrigerator!
Several homes had very nice Autumn decor.
Someone dressed up a tree in rainbow colors.
And some enterprising homeowner decorated their landscape with garden broken pots.

Our neighbor that just passed a couple years ago, was the head administrator of the local library system of our county.
Her husband has a little library out at their driveway that he always keeps filled with new books!😍😀
