Wow, great step count for a day when you're having a heat wave! We have been experiencing quite high temperatures here in MN as well, but fortunately it looks like we are heading toward some nicer temperatures over the next few days.

I really can't complain as we've had a very strange summer. It's generally been rainy and cool, but the down side to that is that you are totally NOT prepared when the heat does hit and it hurts twice as bad! Tomorrow is going to be the hottest, but the next 4 days are going to be uncomfortable.
I hope you get the break you're anticipating and enjoy the cooler temps. Take care friend and have a lovely week ahead!
