Hola amigos de Actifit. El día de ayer fui al parque vereda del lago a entrenar con mis amigos , estuvimos un rato haciendo freestyle y luego fuimos al otro parque a entrenar estaticos.
Después de un largo rato entrenando aproveche que un amigo hace poco saco swing 360 y le enseñe algunas variaciones del 360 hasta que el callo se le rompió.
Ya después llegó el CEO de SWC Manuel Ramos y estuvimos hablando y compartiendo un rato con el.
