Hola amigos de Actifit .Ayer como de costumbre fui al parque a entrenar un rato, quise descansar un poco el hombro así que no entrene muchas cosas.
Estube mejorando el geinger y los giros, ya después fuimos al otro parque y hice algunas paradas de mano y straddler se me olvidó tomarme fotos. 😅

Hi Actifit friends, yesterday as usual I went to the park to train for a while, I wanted to rest my shoulder a little bit so I didn't train a lot of things.
I was improving the geinger and turns, and then we went to the other park and I did some handstands and straddler I forgot to take pictures. 😅
