Tiffany and I put in a 60 Minute Orangetheory Fitness HIIT session at 7am this morning for one of our favorite Coaches.
It’s been a while, since we caught him in a rotation. I call him The Energizer and he never disappoints. Coach Thomas is a beast and also an awesome guy.
It was also my turn to put in a few Saturday hours for my employers when we got home and then we went to the movies to see FF9 🏎 🔥
But here is what we did at our workout:
Saturday July 24th 2G power
Floor block 1
• 5 each side single arm clean to press
• 10 TRX bicep curl
• 10 total forearm plank rotation
Floor block 2
• 8 overhead tricep extension
• 16 high knees
Floor block 3
• 5 each side snatch
• 10 TRX tricep extension
• 10 plank to dumbbell tap
Floor block 4
• 8 hammer curls
• 16 quick lateral hops
Tread block 1(& 3), 6.5 mins
