Afghanistan is a crazy place and they do this even in mosques of all places, the sad part is no one is ever arrested . And you would think it's Ramadhan but someone has the audacity to kill children. I'm telling you if I was born in this country I would be on the next boat, train or flight out. Even animals are better than this, these are human devils.
