Este trote fue de 10 minutos al rededor de un campo donde practican beisbol, ya que estamos entrenando allí decidí implementar una nueva actividad que no les había compartido, luego de trotar seguí haciendo algunos ejercicios y luego me regrese a mi hogar a realizar este post para compartir con ustedes. Espero les hayan gustado estas fotografías, nos vemos en la próxima actividad diaria

This jog was 10 minutes around a field where they practice baseball, since we are training there I decided to implement a new activity that I had not shared, after jogging I continued doing some exercises and then I returned to my home to make this post to share with you.
