So you have to do an upgrade on your insurance every year? Plus why do you still have to do a lot of paperwork even though you've submitted the paperwork the last year you did the insurance?

Every year you need to renew your insurance, and by default your last company is going to send you an offer, but it might be the case each year different company can insure you cheaper. By paper work I mean if you want to insure your car in a different company you need to input all data manully from your documents, and there is really o lot of this...
That's definitely a lot of work, since you have to take time to provide adequate information that's necessary.
