날씨가 좀 시원해지는가 싶더니 여전히 습하고 더운 날씨였습니다
9키로 정도 달렸네요~~^^
하지만 더운 날씨임에도 건강을 지키려는 사람들이 많아보여 항상 동기부여가 됩니다
또 운동 중에 같은 곳에서 운동중인 회사선배를 우연히 만났는데. 이분 피지컬이 완전 운동 선수더군요
그래서 또한번 더 열심히 운동해야겠다는 생각이 들었습니다
