MY ACTIVITY was a bike ride and weightlifting in the daytime, then my normal walk at night. It was 49 degrees Fahrenheit and I needed my scarf and beanie. I hear we have a warm week ahead though!

The Russia-Ukrainian war really shook the world early last year . It's good to see these content creators from Ukraine doing really great for themselves despite the set backs recorded in their home country.
