I decided to check out Nadine Breaty on YouTube today. She's a 25 year old German woman with a genetic trait called Piebaldism. Nadine also mentions having Depression and Borderline Personality Disorder, but she doesn't look like that.
I think the point is not to judge a person before you really know them and understand what they are dealing with. It's good for all of us to work on our mental health just as we work on our physical and financial health. We're all on our unique journey. Don't stereotype others and don't compare yourself to others. Love others and love yourself!
MY ACTIVITY
was just that ubiquitous quotidian mundane yet positive routine, the nightly walk. It's warmer out, upper 50s Fahrenheit. But another cold snap is in the forecast. Come what may, I'll likely continue to put one foot in front of the other and move forward!

I think the point is not to judge a person before you really know them— judging a book by its cover is totally misleading. These days mental health is really a big deal . It’s important to always feed our minds with positive thoughts only thereby making us optimistic about making the best out of any situation we find ourselves or opportunities presented to us .
I love his performance so much I have subscribed his channel to watch all his upcoming videos. It is not easy to become famous on YouTube, they have put in a lot of hard work.

Looking at the outside of a person, what is going on inside can not be understood in many cases. It is a matter of thought
Everyone has one support in depression and that is music, that's why we listen to songs whenever we are worried and we have made it our routine.
She is truly a rockstar. Half a million views in 6 days is an achievement itself.

We become judgemental very fast which is not a sign of having healthy mind set. And we need care too.
A person only knows the sufferings he or she go thorough it, we are audience, we only can see outside not the story inside.
