My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2023 - Manic Depression

in Actifit11 months ago (edited)

I was listening to #lsug Little Steven's Underground Garage on Sirius XM 21 on the way to water volleyball tonight. That was amazing by the way! I played 5 hours straight and there were some great games and memorable volleys.

Back to the radio, they played a song called Manic Depression by Jimi Hendrix from his first album Are You Experienced from 1968. This is a loud stomping classic rock guitar song with wild pounding drums and lots of guitar riffs. Many people might find it annoying but it pumped me up for water volleyball. It was also a preview of the music at the games. The pool owner chose a playlist of classic metal from bands like Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, and more in that style. Water Volleyball really rocked hard tonight!

Have a nice day!

cool, but who is he??

j/k 😜

I always like to listen old and classic music.

Playing 5 hours of water volleyball and being pumped up by the classic rock tunes on the radio must have been a blast. The energy from songs like "Manic Depression" by Jimi Hendrix can really set the mood.

I can tell that having a playlist of classic metal at the games sounds like the perfect soundtrack for some intense water volleyball action. Keep on staying active 💪

That looks like a countryside music

Sounds great.
